How do I manage the scheduler settings?

This article explains how to create and manage the task scheduler settings for OnePlan. This requires the app 'Scheduler Plan' is installed.

Go to the Admin pages, select Scheduler Plan in the navigation.

Negotiations

Expand the Approvals topic heading. Select/check the check box to allow managers to approve/reject bookings (i.e. tasks). Managers are the users with 'Manager' permissions to the OnePlan group Resource Center.

Expand the Cost topic heading.

• View Costs & View Revenue: Select both, neither or either to show the Cost and/or Revenue total above the plan's Scheduler Schedule view.
